All items ship from the United States and we will ship from our east or west coast studio. Please note all items have a processing time, please pay attention to that. If rush is needed, you can pay extra for that service or expedited shipping.

Order Cancellations: Contact us within one hour of placing your order to request a cancellation, provided the item hasn't been packaged or shipped. Please note we process orders very quickly and some ship same-day or within three business days, and tracking may not update immediately.

Email requests are inquiries only, not automatic cancellations. We cannot guarantee cancellations once processing has begun. For custom items or those with extended lead times, the one-hour window still applies.

Order Changes: We cannot modify orders immediately after purchase due to rapid processing. Custom requests, garment bags, and hangers process especially fast. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

To get your current order status placed on our website, please email your Full Name and Order Number below. We'll send you an update soon. We're friendly and will get back to you within 2-3 business days (Monday thru Friday). If you send a message on the weekend, we will reply by Wednesday.
