General Policies

Our Guarantee 

We do guarantee our merchandise and ensure all is A+ before any shipment. 


Once your order is successfully submitted, we would contact you within 2 business days, if we cannot meet a deadline or your will not ship with the processing time shown. 

Shipping times frames: Bra Cups ship within 2-4 business days. Rush is available for an additional $10 per order, to ship it out within 1-2 days. Crown and Veils ship within 7-10 business days. 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.




Tracking your order

Once your order is successfully packed for shipment, you will receive an email or text notification with your tracking number. If you have a user account, you can log in anytime. If your order status reads "Shipped," your order has been shipped.

Cancellation Policy 

Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us within an hour of placing it to cancel if the item has not been packaged and shipped. This 1 hour policy does not apply to items that ship the same day or within 3 business days. We do not guarantee any cancellation for anyone, we ship very quickly. Even if tracking does not show, does not mean it hasn't been packaged or dropped off already. Tracking gets uploaded sometime during the day and the post office will scan.

Sending an email to cancel your order is not a cancellation, it's only a request. Before ordering please ensure this is what you want. We are not constantly sitting on email, so the 1 hour policy above applies to items like custom veils or item that takes weeks to deliver or be made.

Order Changes - Due to some quick processing like garment bags, hangers or custom requests we will be unable to make any changes to your order immediately after ordering. The one hour cancellation policy does not apply to such items. Please don't order something if your not sure what you want.

Rush Services 

If you need an order RUSHED on any specific date, this is available for a small fee. Please make sure you send the date you want to receive your package & during checkout. If your unsure how long an item takes, please ask first.

Upgrade your shipping if you require an item sooner, first class is the longest method and any free shipping option is first class with no insurance. If you want to purchase insurance you have to request this or add on at checkout.

International Shipments

Any international shipment can take some time to reach you, therefore we are not responsible for any carrier delays or your custom fees/taxes/duties. All custom fees and duties are your responsibility (all shipments do not include any custom fees or duties). If any fees should be due, its your responsibility for these fees at customs. You only pay for the item and shipping from here. Returns are not accepted for international shipments.

Insurance Costs and Availability 

If you did not purchase insurance or request insurance please understand if an item is lost or damaged by USPS, we cannot remake you new merchandise free of charge. Insurance is very important when shipping packages for yourself and extra insurance does cost extra. Most priority mail standard does comes with anywhere from $50-$100 insurance only with their own policy.
