Return Policy

 

At Something Ivy, our biggest goal is for you to be satisfied with our service and products. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better within our policies listed. We do not accept return for purchase below $40.00 (not including shipping). We do not accept return packages to the ship address, it's not a receiving address and you risk losing your package. We do not replace lost packages if you are returning something not approved & the package doesn't make back to you. If your item is returnable, we will give you the correct address to return the item and an RMA#.

Shipping times frames: Bra Cups ship within 2-4 business days

Due to custom items such as veils, caps or other products. Please look over your order as soon as you get it. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt of your order.

  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end
  • Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it shows delivered by the carrier
  • You should expect to receive your refund within 10 business days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the carrier, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (5 - 7 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 - 7 business days)
  • Returns requests are not honored after the 7 days

If you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for items that can be returned only, you would be eligible for a refund as no refunds will be given after the 7 days total and you will need a Return Number before your return is approved to be sent back.

Due to the nature of the following products we don't offer refunds/returns on any of the following*:

  • 7 days after the item shows delivered
  • products with the tags removed or after your event date
  • jewelry, gloves, veils, tiaras, seamstress/hercules clips, crowns, bra cups, fitting clips/garment bags, gloves, veil garment bags or veil kits,petticoats, alligator clips, garment clips, clothing clips and slips
  • All undergarments are final sale
  • custom ordered items that have been personalized specifically for you such as cutting an item shorter or adding crystals to an item
  • unfortunately, we cannot exchange, replace or credit bra cups, custom orders, custom wedding veils, monogrammed or personalized items.

Return Process

All returns must first be authorized and we issue Return Authorization Number (RMA). For all the information on how the refund process works, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. 

  • Hours: Monday – Friday 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. EST
  • Email: Sales@SomethingIvy.com to request a Return Number only if your return fits in the policy above
  • Include your order#, item purchased and emailed used to make the purchase
  • The address on the label is not a receiving address, so sending a package back or trying to do return to sender will only cause you to lose your own package. The address will not accept any packages. 90% of all items are final sale on our website and all items below $40 are final sale.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us within an hour of placing it to cancel if the item has not been packaged and shipped.  This 1 hour policy does not apply to items that ship the same day or within 3 business days. We do not guarantee any cancellation for anyone, we ship very quickly. Even if tracking does not show, does not mean it hasn't been packaged or dropped off already. Tracking gets uploaded sometime during the day and the post office will scan.

Sending an email to cancel your order is not a cancellation, it's only a request. Before ordering please ensure this is what you want. We are not constantly sitting on email, so the 1 hour policy above applies to items like custom veils or item that takes weeks to deliver or be made. 

Order Changes - Due to some quick processing like garment bags, hangers or custom requests we will be unable to make any changes to your order immediately after ordering. The one hour cancellation policy does not apply to such items.  Please don't order something if your not sure what you want.
