Where are you located and where do my orders ship from?

All orders ship in the  (USA).

Does Free Shipping include Priority Mail or Express?

No, all free shipping will be first class mail if under 1 pound, regardless of what you select at checkout for free shipping, it will always be first class with tracking.

Where is my order confirmation?

As soon as your order is submitted, you will receive an email or text confirmation to the email address or text number you entered on your order here at SomethingIvy.com. If, for some reason, you didn’t get an email, please check your spam folder or please email us at Sales@SomethingIvy.com. 

What payment options do you accept?

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa debit/credit card payments, Google Pay, PayPal and JCB. We do have some some other international options at checkout.

I need to change my address or order details on my order. How can I do that?

Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, please email us at Sales@SomethingIvy.com be sure to include your order# and full name.

Do you offer rush orders?

Yes on most merchandise rush is available. If you would like an order on any specific date, this is available for a fee. Please make sure you send the date you want to receive your package before ordering. We ask that you not place orders without rush if you require merchandise by a certain date, we will not offer refunds for orders that ship on time. Shipping times frames: Bra Cups ship within 2-4 business days. Rush is available for an additional $10 per order, to ship it out within 1-2 days. Crown and Veils ship within 7-10 business days, a rush fee is available if required.

Where will my merchandise ship from?

Your item is packaged by us directly and will ship from Virginia or Maryland. All merchandise is shipped from Virginia or Maryland; not any third party or out of the country location. Most packages will arrive 2-7 days for US customers and 5-25 days for international depending on which option you choose at checkout or see product details for processing times. Upgraded insurance can be added to any package before shipment.

Do you sell Wholesale?

Yes, on some items we sell wholesale with a $100 minimum. We just require that you have a business website, business license, we need your store name, tax id and/or sellers permit. Most headpieces we can offer wholesale, your discount can range from 20%-35% off the prices listed and we will assign you a coupon code. Wholesale orders are usually shipping in 3-4 weeks when your order is complete.

Can I visit your location?

At this time, we are not offering a storefront for customers. We do not have a physical store but we have a Cozy Studio for our office & shipping office. Our work studio is a smoke free and pet free environment. Mostly sewing machines, fabric, shipping supplies and morning java all day.

How long for a reply when I submit a message?

We have a 100% open lines of communication policy, you will get a reply within 1-3 business days (M-F).

Can I return an item after I wear it?

We only sell new merchandise and cannot resell used goods to customers. If you receive an item, please reach out within 3 days of delivery. If you have a concern, please reach out first so we can offer a resolution or answer. Please keep in mind not all items are eligible for a return or refund. Bra cups are never returnable or exchangeable.

If we make a mistake or error, it will be fixed right away or replacement offered. If we accept a return a 20% return fee will apply + you pay for shipping back and the shipping to you will be deducted. If you do a return to sender, we will not accept the package on return that was not approved. If your post office has delayed your package, you will have to file a claim directly with the post office, we are not responsible for lost/delayed packages by the carrier.

What is USPS First Class Package International Service?

The US Postal Service’s First Class Mail International is an affordable way to send mail—including letters, bills and postcards—and small packages weighing four pounds or less to international destinations. Using First Class Mail International, deliveries generally take between 7–21 days to arrive, although the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. Mail may travel to its destination by ground, air or a combination of both.

(If you have not been through checkout, but would like to create an account, simply click on create account and follow the steps to create a new account.)

Order Cancellations Policy:

Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us within an hour of placing it to cancel if the item has not been packaged and shipped.  This 1 hour policy does not apply to items that ship the same day or within 3 business days. We do not guarantee any cancellation for anyone, we ship very quickly. Even if tracking does not show, does not mean it hasn't been packaged or dropped off already. Tracking gets uploaded sometime during the day and the post office will scan.

Sending an email to cancel your order is not a cancellation, it's only a request. Before ordering please ensure this is what you want. We are not constantly sitting on email, so the 1 hour policy above applies to items like custom veils or item that takes weeks to deliver or be made. 

Order Changes - Due to some quick processing like garment bags, hangers or custom requests we will be unable to make any changes to your order immediately after ordering. The one hour cancellation policy does not apply to such items.  Please don't order something if your not sure what you want.

 

To get your current order status placed on our website, please email your Full Name and Order Number below. We'll send you an update soon. We're friendly and will get back to you within 2-3 business days (Monday thru Friday). If you send a message on the weekend, we will reply by Wednesday.
